Ross has lived in Safety Bay since 1979, has been selling Real Estate in the Rockingham area since 1984 and has owned what is now Noble Real Estate since 1987.

He has travelled throughout Australia to get the best advice on all areas of Real Estate Sales and Property Management, including from Robert Bevan, Peter Gilchrist, and Bob Walters. He also attends all local Real Estate Institute of WA meetings as well as the bulk of their continuing education.

He has also trained with Mair & Co and RoyWeston.

In our time with Mair & Co we progressed from 13th in the Group to 3rd before they were sold to Ray White.

We spent almost 10 years in the Roy Weston Group during which time we were never out of the top 10 of 50 offices and were awarded top office in one year.

Ross has been a lecturer for Roy Weston training new representatives. The topic? Ethics in Real Estate. He is a man of his word.
